By accessing this website and engaging Websoft DigiNet for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Package inclusions, pricing and timelines are as described on our Pricing page at the time of your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

Packages are billed monthly unless a different arrangement is confirmed in your project agreement. Work begins once the first payment and required content/assets are received.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on the Pricing page. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Content Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to the client. Websoft DigiNet retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio.

Support Windows

Free support periods cover bug fixes related to our build; they do not cover new feature requests or content changes beyond the agreed scope.

Limitation of Liability

Websoft DigiNet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered website or third-party service outages (hosting, payment gateways, etc.).
